Hooking up. I seem to get to it

Later, and later every time. No matter what I do, or plan. I end up hooking up after dark. We went to the grocery store after DW got off, and wouldn't you know. We had issues. And I didn't get home and get started hooking up until after 8. Finished around 10 and pulled the TT around to the front, and it started raining. At least it waited until I was finished.

Really, two hours yes grocery put away also, must be a real relaxed process!

Ours is kept at a storage yard, we have a tote needed non perishable food, and insulated bags for perishable food for refer. We can be hooked up and on the road. With winter coming looking at a late start or two time to get a good set of backup lights on the 5er.

Welcome to the club. Expect to hook up in the dark; that's the best way to be prepared.
  • Can't remember how many times I've hooked up in the dark. I've done it so much I can do it with my eyes closed. Probably because I'm the ONLY one who hooks us up EVERY time we go out. After the first ten years I hear it gets easier.
  • Your weekend shouldn't be ruined by rain, you've all ready got THAT out of the way. :)
  • Well, I did load the firewood, grill, and put the groceries in the TT.
  • Nearly two hours to hook up? But I can sympathize with you about doing it in the dark due to the day's events never getting done on time.
