Hope Winters over for this year!!

OK, going on Spring shakedown camping this weekend. Temps here are OK, but good possibility of rain. Not going far, just 10 miles up to Natchez Trace State Park. Good to stay close to home and repair person first time out. Dewinterised today, Only problem is drain in shower is apparently stopped up. It was draining slow last year, so probably just Hair ball. Service person says its OK to use a bit of liquid plumber to start with, If that doesn't fix it, he will snake it next week. Our campsite is just across from showers, so no problem there.

Its just the middle of March, so hoping no more hard freezes this year, but around here you never can tell.

Well I don't know if spring has sprung or not.... but I just recharged the car's A/C.
  • Very hot water, then bleach and ten minutes later more hot water.
  • Been camping all winter, spent 2 weeks in Norton Pond Vt., 1 week in Galena Ks., currently at property I own on Lake Tahoe Nevada, will be heading to Baja Mexico on Friday.

Blizzard expected in Colorado and other states tomorrow. Winter won't give it up this year! ??
  • we had several inches of snow today. weather man says mid west to get hit by bad storm this week. the low pressure will be record low this week
  • Yep, still cold here. Only got into the low 60s today. Wanted to do some fiberglass work. Just a tad on the cool side.
  • I'll try to shoo the robins hanging around our Florida campsite northward to help you folks out... ;)
  • I don't put my snow brush away until June. Looks like we may luck out this year though. Don't see any real cold on the horizon-hopefully the end is near!
