Too low can be problematic.

The ac will have the most problem with 'low' voltage.
I stayed at a CG on a real hot day and where with all the AC units on and many coaches with 2 to 3 ac units, the CG power was dropping all over the place and causing real problems with all the RV'ers coaches.
