This complaint is valid.
Campgrounds have no control of their incoming voltage, thats the power company.
Power (volts) incoming from our provider can vary by 10% from 120v , so 125- 115 is all good. If voltages above that are seen, it could be an open neutral anywhere from the transformer to your site. Not good.
