This complaint is valid.
Campgrounds have no control of their incoming voltage, thats the power company.
Power (volts) incoming from our provider can vary by 10% from 120v , so 125- 115 is all good. If voltages above that are seen, it could be an open neutral anywhere from the transformer to your site. Not good.
What we still don't know is +5v above what? Something the OP really needs to know to make a valid case for leaving with the front office.
