How does TV bed cargo weight affect tongue weight

Are the ratings you using from a brochure or web site or are they from the actual door sticker on the vehicle. Brochure ratings are based on a stripped base model truck and allows for minimal options.
The sticker is based on the way actual truck is equipped. The payload numbers are typically lower on the door sticker.
