I suspect that the interior walls of many RV's could act as a quasi sponge when exposed to water. I am no expert but I suspect it would take both time and warmer temperatures for that moisture to evaporate - hopefully it won't do too much damage in the interim. I suppose you could remove the interior lining which would allow you to inspect and air out the area - might be a PIA though.
