For right now my plan of action is going to be two prong. First, I'm going to get some 4" Dicor and seal the entire drip rail front to back to make sure I resolved the water infiltration. To be honest I may have missed something after the first go round. Second, since I'm in open field storage I'm going to swing the camper around and put the suspect wall facing south, the sun really beats down out in the open.
Along with that I'm going to go back and record all the moisture readings and locations this way after a few weeks I can see if the readings are dropping. I can also leave the fantastic fan on exhaust and keep the window open a bit to draw some air through the camper. With my solar setup keeping it going 24 x 7 shouldn't be a problem. Even a small AC dehumidifier isn't out of the question with my inverter setup.
I'm hoping to see a difference, opening up that Luan looks like a nightmare.
Just for giggles they do sell some paint that will block mildew from escaping walls, I could use something like that as a last resort? Maybe?
