Just spent the winter repairing similar damage where the felt backed TPO wicked moisture up into the ceiling and down into a few of the walls. The vinyl covering on the ceiling and walls seals the moisture in just like a zip lock baggie. First i tried removing all the ceiling trims around the vents and inner shower dome, then rigged up a fan over one of the openings to force air thru the Attic out the other opening with a dehumidifier running. This helped till the temps outside dropped below freeing.
Had planed to remove / replace some ceiling over the winter, when I remove it, the moisture in the walls started migrating back up into the roof luan and then drying.
While I do not recommend this for everyone, here is how I got most of the moisture out. I installed round soffet vents http://www.homedepot.com/p/Master-Flow-3-in-Resin-Circular-Mini-Wall-Louver-Soffit-Vent-in-White-4-Pack-RLSC3/100038053?N=5yc1vZc66b in every other roof bay and used forced air and a dehumidifier ( and heat) to force the moisture up and out into the air.
The soffet vents not only allow air to circulate in the "attic", they allowed me to monitor the moisture level wicking back up the wall. They also allowed me to "mist " the entire "attic" with a mold treatment. I am waiting for the temps to really get back up around here to make sure all is dried out.
There was one section in the bunkhouse that had bubbles in the wall paper, that section I stripped, dried and refinished, big job for sure. I can post more pics if there is a an interest.
