It is absolutly worth it to us and was one of our must haves. Having the trailer there so I can work on it when i have a free moment, being able to use it as a guest house for our aunt instead of her sleeping on the couch, extra fridge space for gatherings. Besides, storage here is expensive. A space on the dirt behind a chain link fence goes for $85 a month. Most homes in my area do not have room for an RV (most don't really even have a yard) so it took some looking. We ended up in a older housing track built when the houses were smaller and lots were bigger. Having RV space is a selling point for this neighborhood and actually increases the value. It is no exaduration to say 80% of the neighborhood has an RV, Boat, or enclosed contractor trailer. We all found the one neighborhood you could have them.
