Either way, you're not going to live there for 30 years. Too many changes will occur in ones life. RV's will come & go, the house is on a foundation.
WE have been in our house for 34 years and have several neighbors that have been in their homes longer than us.
We have parking for our trailer, boat and truck with a 6' fence wouldn't have it any other way.
