The value of RV parking in terms of price is not really calculated in terms of convenience. Assuming a typical residential setting in a suburb. The lot with RV parking might be larger in which case value would be added based on lot size. If there are improvements then a value would be placed on those and added. Would this add up to $12,000? It could depending on the area and the extent of those improvements. A full RV garage with seperate electric service, insulated, heated, and air conditioned would be worth considerably more than a gravel pad.
Having RV parking becomes more of a selling point. While some people who really don't need it might consider the home to be less valuable that is not typical. A truer statement would be they just don't consider it more valuable.While some people may not need it, those that do will only be looking for homes that have it.
