When I bought in 1985, I did not yet have an RV. One factor in being able to afford to buy an RV in 1991 was the availability of a legal RV spot at the house.
A couple of times over the years I have looked for larger houses, never found one I liked that had legal RV parking, which had come to mean a lot to me. BTW, quite a few houses said they had RV parking in the ad, but investigation showed it to not be legal.
I recently moved to a senior mobile home park with a storage lot. The cost is minimal to use that lot and no RV parking is allowed at my new house except for loading and unloading. This has been a painful change, not just the aging and health issues which forced the move but also not having the RV right there and ready to go. Loading will now have to be all at once instead of a bit each day.
That was a long leadup to my answer to the O P's question. Is RV parking at the house worth paying extra for the house? YES!
