How much is an RV parking space at home worth to you?

I have a large corner lot and we had a garden at the north end for years. I got tired of weeding every time I came home from an outing and decided to use the space for my TT. a little more work to get it ready, leveling and all but worth it. I even lost some lawn I had to mow.
