The current house we live in, we moved to specifically for the RV parking. Hands down, we'd always pick the house with RV parking, but not just RV parking but ease of backing in too. We have a corner lot and have lots of backing room compared to the neighbors that live in the middle of the block or those that have to back around and past a fire hydrant!
