Either way, you're not going to live there for 30 years. Too many changes will occur in ones life. RV's will come & go, the house is on a foundation.
WE have been in our house for 34 years and have several neighbors that have been in their homes longer than us.
We have parking for our trailer, boat and truck with a 6' fence wouldn't have it any other way.
Been in my home 19 years. Just saying, unforeseen, uncontrollable things often occur in one's life. If you had been watching the news, you'd be aware of that. The "zombies are coming". My RV is stored in an underground bunker, deep in the mountains of Northern Idaho for that very reason. Oh, sorry, I was going to write more but my favorite TV program just came on.
