How much is an RV parking space at home worth to you?

RV parking is important enough that I am moving in the next couple years.

Here in Austin, there are too many horror stories at storage lots.

There is value to having the neighbors at a distance, fewer people walking by your place, and if possible, a fence and gate so nobody but the government and people you allow have access to the property.
