How much is an RV parking space at home worth to you?

I never understood that. I always thought living in an area where folks had boats, RVs, etc, showed off a neighborhood with fun folks and that seems more desirable than living in a neighborhood with empty yards.

But I readily admit that I'm not mainstream in my thinking.
