We always find the greatest amusement here on RV.net when someone brings out a positive post (parking your RV at home, a GREAT thing) and more than half the folks that answer find something negative about it.
Would I pay more, not sure. Would I pick that house with one over one without, absolutely. We live in a HOA, so can't park here. We have great and very safe covered storage for it right now. But, if I could have it here to putter and fix, and maintenance it, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
We chose a trade-off -- living in a HOA so when we're gone a lot, our townhouse is watched and safe, or having the RV here. We're never sure we made the right choice, or never sure we made the wrong choice. But we made a choice and live with it until we make another choice.
