How much is an RV parking space at home worth to you?

In my case, it wasn't a matter of paying more for the house, but rather limiting my RV search to those that I could park in the driveway without blocking another vehicle. I had other reasons for buying a Class B (ease of driving, gas mileage, etc) but being able to readily park at home was a factor.
