To me, it's not space for the TT, it's space for our life!! And, that's worth a lot.
15 years ago, we had a reasonably nice house in town, but it lacked space for ANYTHING beyond parking 2 cars and a 1/2 acre of yard for the kids. Neighbors weren't bad, but we do things that got us the stink eye too many times, while we found ourselves feeling the same way about their activities and knew we had to get out in order to really enjoy living our way. I have also held the philosophy that people should have the ways to maintain / store their stuff before the buy it (you know, the annoying neighbor who parks his extra vehicles in front of your house because his driveway is full sorta thing) . We gave up all the nice features / finishes and moved to a hundred year old farm house where we have a good few spare acres....didn't think a second about the "if" of storing the TT, just the "which spot" on the property.
