No HOA for us but the neighbors are interesting to say the least....... Currently they are gone but about 30 of them were living across the street, one guy with 15 females, not sure if the are married or not but the little ones run all over the place. They can be loud (usually not), they urinate & #2 in front of you & do not pick up after themselves. Won't get into the lude acts that go on :)
They do keep their yard nice!
But plenty of RV parking room & all the neighbors are very friendly.... That's how we wanted it. No worries about curb appeal.... Don't plan on moving anytime soon anyway been there 22 years & the area has very high unemployment.
