How much is an RV parking space at home worth to you?

There was a pink house at the end of my street for years. Houses kept going up in value. The house sold and the new owners painted it grey. The house prices plummeted. I think a lot of the "if we let you do this, values will drop" is a bunch of hogwash. I miss the pink house on the corner - and I don't like the color pink.
