How much is an RV parking space at home worth to you?

Our present home, with an RV spot behind the house, is on the market and about to sell. That means I am looking for another place and it must have a spot for my DP. For the remaining years of my (healthy) life I intend to have a motor home, therefore I want it to be convenient so I can leave at the drop of a hat. I'll let my kids worry about whether it affects resale value.
