How much is an RV parking space at home worth to you?

We chose this house because it has 3 30-amp RV electric-sewer parking spaces, and one 50 amp electric-sewer-water hookup. It also has a swimming pool and hot tub, 3-bay garage, and 5 fenced acres. Those features make up for the fact that the house was a "unique fixer upper" and is rather small (we're still downsizing the "stuff").

For the first time in 30 years, everything is stored on our own property, not scattered about various storage sites.

Oh, yeah, RV parking is worth it.
