When I was house shopping late last year space to park my TT was a non-negotiable item. I did have to compromise on one point. I had planned to have a carport shelter built for the TT but the bill of assurance (no HOA here) limited me to the house + one structure which was the 900 sq ft shop. I did pour a 14X90 concrete pad for parking.
