When buying our current house room to park everything was a must. We also have an enclosed cargo trailer and an open utility trailer for towing the canoes, kayaks and motorcycles. No way would I have bought a house where I would have to pay for storing everything. Way to inconvenient and costly. Living in the country with a couple of acres and no HOA is much better for us. We are breaking ground in two weeks on a new garage where both cars, RV, both trailers, tow dolly, and motorcycles will be stored inside out of the weather. Having the RV stored inside out of site means no one will know when we aren't there. It's also easier to keep it packed and ready to go when it's always a few steps away.
