Yes if I was in market for house I'd prefer RV parking and pay extra for it. Up to a similar amount of what I pay for RV storage.
But there's more to a house than RV parking. Location, features, size, etc. Even if I was buying again, RV parking would not be the highest on priority list. As it is I live in house I bought 30 years ago. I hadn't given any consideration to RV ownership and the house has no parking for RV. Moving simply for RV parking is out of question to me.
