After thinking about this thread for a while, it occurs to me that the actual parking SPACE is nowhere near as important as the FREEDOM to be able to park an RV, boat, or whatever, on MY property is.
NOT granting somebody the authority to say "NO, you can't do that!" is definitely worth paying a little extra for!
