Either way, you're not going to live there for 30 years. Too many changes will occur in ones life. RV's will come & go, the house is on a foundation.
Er, Ah, If ya get it right the first time you might. I did. Been in the same place for 44 years with RV pad and full hook-ups. I will admit to being on more than one honey-moon in that time frame. GRIN
