Had plenty of parking space but with the winters here I decided that the old garage wasn't enough. Tore it down and just got this completed today. Now I don't have to deal with snow, rain, or sun beating on it every day.

When we bought this house one of the reasons was there was plenty of room for everything including the RV. The new garage holds the RV, toad, trailers and bikes. Nothing outside anymore.
Since it's winter here the floor is still crushed stone. Will have the cement floor poured in the Spring. Total project cost is around $36,000 so I guess that's what it's worth to me for the space and everything out of the weather.
