I didn't read all 9 pages of this thread to answer the OP question I would say "Priceless".
I use my camper setting at home as a guest bedroom and I love being able to go out to it from time to time. In the winter I pretend camp, repack it and get ready for spring. As a weekend camper in the summer, I start the fridge and fill it with food the day before I'm ready to leave. That way I can hook up and go after work in just minutes.
If I had to live somewhere that I could not keep the camper at home I'm not sure I would even still own it. That day will come when I'm no longer able to take care of myself and live in a assisted living center.
