How much is an RV parking space at home worth to you?

No way a decent parking pad will lower the home value to non RVers. That's absurd.
It may not add value to someone who doesn't need the parking but it's an upgrade nonetheless.
That would be like saying a 3 bed home is worth less for only 2 people than a 2 bed home.........
