How much is an RV parking space at home worth to you?

Almost all the homes in our development have room for an RV alongside the garage, but it's not paved when you buy the house. We had ours done after we bought our first RV and it cost about $3000, including a heavier aggregate concrete in the area the RV would actually sit when parked, and 2" thicker than the approach area.
