There's lots of variables.
Plenty of very desirable homes - that have CC&Rs that will *not* allow RV parking.
The appreciation ($) and other amenities may have nothing to do with storage - and may offset costs of off-site storage, both in the short run and long run.
Likewise - there are areas where almost anything goes - as to where the RV is stored on the property..:(
Sometimes that can have a very negative effect on property value.
(Ex: a race car hauler parked in the front yard - on a residential lot. A friend does that - and I sure wouldn't want to be his neighbor!)
But - apples to apples, in areas where storage is permitted, with logical restrictions - the home with RV storage wins.
(I have one of those).
