How much is an RV parking space at home worth to you?

I suffer RV pad at home envy... in a perfect world I'd have
covered, enclosed, with enough room for sliders out, and
50 amp hook-up . I currently pay $200/month for electric, covered,
with on site wash, propane. Is it worth it... is for now....maybe not
so much as the unit ages. HOA rules prevent storage at home.
I personally think 10-20k additional price on the home purchase
price for covered/pad/50 amp would be a worthwhile expenditure.
