The RV space would not be a buying point for me. We have never stored our RV at home. The reason- if stored at home, when it's gone the bad guys know you're gone
We currently have room here to store it on our lot and it was a priority when looking at homes. My previous 5ver was in several storage lots. When it was a month old it was broken into at a lot that had security cameras and seemed secure. We had about a thousand dollars of damage. Here several neighbors have rvs on their lots and we watch out for each other when gone.
One of the reasons I don't want the RV to be stored away from my property besides being a lot more convenient and having it always ready to go. Having a garage for it solved the "bad guys know you're gone" problem.
You don't think break-in and theft of the whole unit doesn't happen at home??
Worst yet when you pack then the trailer then it is gone, HEY, YO THIEVES NO ONE IS HOME!!!
