How much trouble am I in?

I reserved my sites in Florida State Parks last winter for this coming January and February. When I reserved these sites I paid no attention to length limits as we owned a truck camper which would fit in just about anywhere.

This summer we up dated to a 30' 5R, without any thought to our reservations and length.

Sooo in a few weeks we will be headed to sites, some of which are stated as 20' sites with a 30' unit,(I choose most sites based on location, not at the time worried about length).

In our past camping in Florida SP with our truck camper I can't remember any short sites.

How much trouble are we going to be in? Has anyone experienced any small short sites in Florida State Parks?
  • Call the campground and ask the ranger if your rig will fit into the site. They have been very helpful and friendly in the past when we've asked for advice.
  • Call the park and explain the situation to them and see if they have another site available
