What if, what if! To make judgements about the guy doing the video is not right. What if both hit the brakes? What if both hit the gas? It's easy to be an armchair quarterback.
The guy making the video is a ebegger, there's a youtube channel just dedicated to pointing out his tactics and this plays right into his MO. Every few videos there's a crisis and people send him money because they feel sorry for him. Been going on for yrs. He was in a convoy with the rest of the group of ebeggers. Notice he says he was run off the road but he didn't pull over until the guy was well past him and sill in the other lane. Drama Queen. - Ralph_CramdenExplorer II

Exactly!
In the video, the driver of the C said he let off his gas when the A started passing to let him get by quicker, and then he obviously hit his brakes when the A was starting to run him off the road. The A also slowed down when it was beside the C.
From what I saw, the driver of the A was an idiot (probably still is). He ran 2 (TWO) cars off the road! Then kept going!!
I am confused why people here are Monday morning quarterbacking the C driver. But whatever. - TvovExplorer IIIn the video, the driver of the C said he let off his gas when the A started passing to let him get by quicker, and then he obviously hit his brakes when the A was starting to run him off the road. Go through Eric's library, he loves drama, it's his shtick and how he makes his money. - Ralph_CramdenExplorer IIOnly at this place would I have suspected blame be put on Cecille B Demille who was getting passed and not the moron who went over that "YELLOW DASHED LINE" LOL.
Any driving instructor, or license examiner, will tell you without a doubt when being passed in that situation you maintain your speed.
Sorry, the moron to the left of the line took on all responsibility and blame for the entire situation as soon as he popped over that line. Cecil B was 150% in the right. - jplante4Explorer IIInteresting video Russell.
I've never RV'd in the great expanses of the southwest, but it occurs to me that the big draw is that you have a little more elbow room than in the east. I'm not seeing it in that video. Everyone seemed to be jammed into the same area. - BlutoyzExplorerThey should write that "Eric" a ticket for not letting the other idiot in
- SidecarFlipExplorer IIIAll humoe aside, it's not just MoHo's it's anyone pulling anything that is an RV. I've seen it countless times over they years. Like I said, at some point the government will get involved and institute mandatory testing and licensing and that will eliminate the 'geezers' in the RV's because they will fail the testing, most likely the skills part.
If I have to pass written tests and skills tests to hold a Class A commercial license, far as I'm concerned, RV owners need to at least meet the minimum qualifications for adeptness in driving and thats not a non commercial operators license either. - BumpyroadExplorer

Well driving slightly below the limit in good weather, is inviting just the type of behavior seen by the Class A driver, be it soo wrong of him. .
My sediments exactly. little POs me more than somebody piddling around 1-2 mph under the limit.
bumpy - rhagfoExplorer IIIHere is another video of them having trouble with passing Class A. Makes one wonder if this group just has bad luck, or if they are a traffic hazard with their Class C rolling roadblock?
