- You could dump some cheap food dye in the tank. Easier to see then clear water.
My first guess is a poor connection on the tank and not the tank itself.
Sensors are normally spun into the tank. Hard to repair.
There is some small expansion seals available and repacement sensors that use the expansion type installation method. - pianotunaNomad IIIDoes the fresh water leak if the rv is standing still? Or only when driving.

Have you looked around the pump for leaks? - Harvey51ExplorerIf you can attach a small diameter clear tube to the tank (perhaps at an existing drain valve) and lead it up to a convenient place to observe, the water level in the tube will be the same as in the tank. It makes an accurate water level monitor.

As far as the propane gage, are you talking about the one on the wall inside, or the one on the tank itself.
