How to secure water fill inlets?
I just don't like having those accessible like that. How about locking caps like locking gas caps? Or how about a metal plate with two holes in it and a locking door? Unthread those caps;...

Oh I remember! Even as a kid I thought it was strange that ol' Charlie was upset about not being caught and eaten rather than left alone in the ocean to live. Marketing at its best.

I think but, I'm not really sure, that the ad campaine was based on a movie where someone named Charlie falls in the water and turns into a fish. He then has to figure out a way to get out of the water to become human again.
Or, at least that was my take on it. I may be wrong?
I think it might have been Don Rickels or Don Knots but, I really don't remember. It's been a long, long, time. I was a kid and I may have gotten this all mixed up in my head.
