Another Eva-Dry user. We have 12 units located throughout the RV and they are able to hold the humidity to 75% (have a thermometer/hygrometer that tracks min/maxes). All vents/windows/cab vent/stove hood vent are closed. They periodically need to be plugged in to recharge. Also have another 6 units in outside compartments.
We used to use Dry-Z-Air units, 5 of them, and they had similar results but carefully pouring off the liquid was more difficult and risky so switched to the EvaDry units.
Note that both of these solutions are for when the RV is not in use. For while it is in use such as at the coast where there is high humidity, we take an A/C powered dehumidifier that we normally use in our garage. With that we can crank the humidity down to 55-60 %.
