I've got a lot of experience fighting humidity and would recommend two things: 1) a hygrometer to let you know the exact humidity in your rig and 2) an electric dehumidifier if you find that the humidity level is too high.
At the end of the day, moisture is heavy and if you aren't dumping pounds of water out of your device, it's probably not working well enough and if it's dry without dumping pounds or gallons of water out, then you probably don't need the dehumidifier in the first place.
We are "newbs" and wanted to know if there are particular brands/models of hygrometers and/or dehumidifiers that folks would recommend for RV/travel trailer usage.
NOTE: Our trailer will be in outdoor uncovered storage when not in use (we are not full-timers).
Many thanks,
Dave
