I use the damp rid buckets like OP posted link to. I buy at one of the discount stores like Dollar General, Freds Dollar or similar.. I either sit mine on lavatory in bathroom or in bathroom trashcan. Now my TT is parked at the house, so it is easy to monitor. No smell and I feel like it is keeping moisture under control. No musty smells from staying shut up for weeks on end. FYI, my mom has used DampRid in the closets of her 1940's plaster-walled home for as long as I can remember to control moisture, mold and musty smell. I figure if it worked for those closets (especially the ones with an outside wall), it is good enough for me.
