We had a 2004 Fleetwood Terra 32'. On the way home from the Grand Canyon, I had a front tire start to separate. I removed the spare, loosen the lug nuts and then lifted the front end. I spent a minimal amount of time with the unit in the air....just enough to slip the old one off and the new one on.
If you have an outer dual flat like a poster above, you don't need to lift the coach, just run the inner dual up on a block.
I think the only difficult/dangerous tire to change would be an inside dual. I would want a jack stand in that situation if I used the coach's jack.
