I hate ants!! :-(

Just returned from the first trip of the year and picked up ants. They were on the counter and going up the wall and into a cabinet. Found a ton of them inside of a brand new unopened bag of marshmallows...go figure. Removed all food and killed all that we found and then sprayed the cracks with RAID and such.

Found a few "straglers" when we got home crawling around and a few (meaning 3 or 4) this morning so I put out some TERO drops all around and some ANDRO paste that is in a big syringe in some places.

Anyone have success with that stuff? How long do those straglers stick around?

Thanks,
RC

  • I see....does it take even longer since there are very few inside to transport the TERRO?

If they are the small ants, the terro works well. If large ones I have had good results with Boraxo. Just sprinkle it around and they will carry it home. Problem solved.

Terro is a syrup made with sugar and Borax.

They both take about three to four days to do the job of killing the queen.

    No queen, no ants.
  • Yes sir...they are small. I have seen some really big ones traveling down south before and these are not the big ones.

    Thanks!!!
