Fixtures should be rated by lumens, that is the brightness. If lumens aren't available figure on 60 lumens per watt, assuming you can find a watt rating.
A 100 watt conventional light bulb is 800-1000 lumens for comparison.
There are RV LED fixtures with selectable brightness and also dimmer knobs.
