This would be a great option. All the Myrtle Beach CGs have rental cabins, or campers. And many of the mountain CG do as well. You could still have the camping / campground experience, without having to set up any thing. The mountain cabins have fire rings, and picnic tables, just like the campsites do. The Cabins at James Island in Charleston. Have a great view as well.
After all. What is the real difference between a RV, and a cabin in a campground? Not a lot really.
