Incorrect. I've owned trailers with EPDM rubber roof sheeting and others with TPO ... EPDM is easy to identify because it's smooth and often doesn't lay perfectly flat across the full length / width of the roof, TPO which is a stiffer, vinyl type of material has a grainy pattern that can easily be felt and does lay perfectly flat. EPDM chalks naturally over time, TPO doesn't chalk at all.
As noted by Dicor one wants to use caution when sealing a TPO roof as Dicor self leveling lap sealant
can be safely used with some formulations of TPO but
not with others. For those other formulations Dicor has developed a different two part system called Ultra Sealant that should be used on this type of TPO - use Dicor lap sealant intended for EPDM rubber roofs and the TPO sealant / roof material
may bloat or disfigure. :E
