Any Cashiers check, money order or even Pay Pal can be counterfeited. The only way I will sell to a private sell is to do a bank to bank direct transfer and the title and RV are not turned over until the bank has confirmed the money is 100% in my account.
Due to banking security laws (I believe), a transaction over $10,000 will be delayed a bit to keep the Gooberment happy. Make sure you are not running a drug deal.
Money, $100 and $20 bills are highly counterfeited and would need to be checked and confirmed by a bank.
